As president of Arnoff and Associates Inc., he has advised clients on employee benefits for over 25 years. He credits his education from Kent State University, the Certified Employee Benefits Program through the Wharton School of Business and his early career experience at Northwestern Mutual Life as great preparation upon which to build his own successful business! It is that interest, drive and ingenuity that makes Arnoff the Most Innovative Adviser of 2010. Additionally, he was the recipient of the 2009 CDHC Solutions Magazine and EmployerWeb.com most innovative broker/consultant.

COMMUNITY LEADER. Arnoff understands the value of investing in our communities. As part of his commitment he has pledged to donate 10 percent of his speaking engagement fees to the American Cancer Society. His donation will hopefully help rewrite the future for millions of people nationwide.

FAMILY. Robert Arnoff lives in Bainbridge, Ohio with his wife and their golden retriever. His hobbies include traveling and hiking.
